Glo Suggested Questionnaire Sections and Questions

When you build your questionnaire during project creation, Glo can suggest sections and questions for you to consider. This capability is meant to reduce the blank-canvas effort and help you gather the right information from suppliers.

Where suggestions come from

Glo generates suggestions from several inputs you provide during project creation:

• The project description and scope details.
• Any scoping documents you uploaded earlier in the flow.
• Guidance you give Glo directly by prompt when creating your questionnaire, for example telling it to focus on supply continuity, quality, or a specific risk area.
• Any existing questionnaire you upload at questionnaire creation, which Glo can draw from or build on.

What you can do with a suggestion

Each suggestion is yours to keep or set aside:

• Add it to your questionnaire as-is.
• Edit it, then add it, if the wording needs adjusting for your project.
• Remove it if it doesn’t apply. Removed suggestions don’t come back during the same session.

Once you add a suggestion, it becomes part of your questionnaire like any section or question you wrote yourself. Suppliers do not see which items originated as Glo suggestions.

How suggestions fit with your existing content

Suggestions are additive. They supplement the content already in your questionnaire and never replace or remove it. Sections your organization’s admin has marked as mandatory stay in place and cannot be overridden by a suggestion.

If Glo can’t generate suggestions, the requirements step works exactly as before, with a brief message and no interruption to building your questionnaire.
